GG Babes, have 14- day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

               RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal https://ggboutiquee-2.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime. Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label. The cost will be $7 and will be deducted from your Store Credit. If you'd like to exchange an item, just return it and we'll issue a gift card to buy a new one.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

Store Credit:

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.Shopggboutiquee.com.

  • Store Credit is Non-Transferrable.

  • Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.

  • Maintain track of your return parcel. 

  • Store Credit does not expire.

 

 

DAMAGES:

  • In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
  • You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
